Project Goals and Purpose

• Support struggling SMEs in the food and beverage, retail, travel industries and hawkers to ease economic burden caused by disruption to transportation and daily life
• Mr Li Ka-shing grew up in harsh times, and understands the difficult challenges faced by SME entrepreneurs.
• “Trust more, stress less” was followed to make applications simple and expedient resulting in the vetting and processing 43,000 applications within 46 days. Over 28,000 businesses in Hong Kong were helped by this unique effort
