Project Goals and Purpose

• Mr Li Ka-shing extols knowledge and the development of talents. He realises that in the 21st century, having a diverse base of knowledge is applicable in myriad ways, be it economic development, national advancement, strengthening a country’s prosperity, or the enhancement of human civilisation. Mr Li hoped that by sponsoring the production of a documentary, the message of “Education Reshaping Destiny” could be widely conveyed.
• The documentary aimed to positively promote the quest for knowledge and the ambiance of learning to positively impact each individual as well as the community.
• The documentary aired on CCTV with a viewership of more than 100 million.
